1.Can I have a quick brief on Prestige Lake Ridge?
Prestige Lake Ridge is a new housing establishment from Prestige Groups coming up in Yadalam Nagar, Uttarahalli, Bangalore. The project offers premium class 1, 2, 2.5, 3 BHK apartments sprawling over 15.37 acres.

3.Is this a phased development and what are the time lines for completion?
This is not a phased development and the expected time of possession would be March 2020 onwards.

4.Is there any differential price based on the floor and orientation of the apartments?
Yes, there will be differential pricing for apartments. With every floor rise there will be an increase of Rs.15/- per sft and PLC will be additional at Rs.75/ per sft.

5.When do I get a confirmed allotment?
With initial payment of 20% of the sale value + tax and submission of post-dated cheques for the remaining amount, the allotment will be confirmed.

6.Can I make 100% down payment?
Yes, it’s acceptable. But, this offer is applicable for a limited period only. Please check with our Sales Team for more details.

7.What happens if I cancel my booking?
You might want to reconsider, because this would indeed be a worth-full investment. However, if you do wish to cancel after booking, 2% of the sale value will be deducted as cancellation fees if cancelled before the Agreements are executed and 15% of the sale value will be deducted as cancellation fees if cancelled after Agreements are executed, and the balance will be returned (subject to statutory deductions if any) without any interest.

8.When does the development start and when can I expect to move into my new home?
Construction work will tentatively be commencing from Sep 2016 and is reckoned to be completed by March 2020.

9.Are modifications permitted in the apartment?
Prestige Lake Ridge has been delicately planned and excellently engineered. Also, it’s a theme based design. In the collective interest of the purchasers, customization is not acceptable.

10.What about car parking spaces?
There is provision for one -car parking space per apartment. Any additional car parking requests will be taken up towards end of project completion. However, this is subjected to space availability and at an additional cost.

12.What if Prestige delays the construction and possession?
Prestige Group is commitment to complete the development as per planned time lines. However if there is a delay, Prestige will pay 9%* per annum on the amount collected which will be clearly brought out in the agreements. (* Conditions apply).
